RECREATION

The room price includes SPA with thermal and rest part:

Monday-Friday 17:00 - 22:00, Saturday 9:00 - 21:00, Sunday 8:00-12:00 and 16:00-21:00

- swimming pool with countercurrent
- dry sauna
- steam bath
- jacuzzi with colortherapy
- heated stone lounger
- gym (open 7:00 - 22:00)

Dry Sauna - Temperatures reach up to 100°C, but with low humidity does not feel it so much. Perfectly cleanses the skin of toxins, improves microcirculation, has a beneficial effect on the accumulation of water in the body and therefore helps to combat cellulite.
Steam Bath - Optimal sauna temperature between 40 and 45°C. Steam bath moisturises and cleanses the skin. It has a beneficial effect on the respiratory system and blood circulation. Ideal relaxes and loosens the muscles, are beneficial to inflammatory arthritis, periarticular inflammation and neuralgia. Steam bath is also indicated in metabolic disorders, particularly obesity.
Jacuzzi with colortherapy - Jacuzzi with warm water and color effects brings relaxation to the body and release it from any tension, reduces stress, improves circulation. Bathing in the brine pool is also indicated for sports injuries, back and leg pain.
Heated stone lounger - After experiencing a steam room or sauna then cooling down in an icy cold shower there is no better feeling than sitting back and relaxing on a heated lounger. They are angled perfectly to snugly hold your body and take the weight off your feet. This gives the effect of floating effortlessly and will help you to relax further.

Accessories for children:
floating gate, balls, "butterflies" for swimming, wheels for babies and and older children, foam roller and displacement belts.
Waterproof diapers to buy at the reception (price 3 PLN/each)

GRATIS at the SPA Faltom Gdynia Rumia Hotel**** located 3 km away from the Hotel we offer:

- Aqua Centrum: pool with slides, water zone for the youngest, jacuzzi, dry sauna, infrared sauna
and a steam sauna, heated loungers, fitness room with spinning facilities,

everyday fragrance sessions in the dry sauna (every 30 minutes from 6.00 pm to 9.00 pm)

- Kids Club (250 m²): Jungle Gym, climbing wall, fun ball pool, mini-houses, trampoline, slides, games and many other toys.
Play Room with PlayStation 4 (2x), Play Station 3, XBox, beat saber.

- Animation classes for kids every Saturday from 11 p.m. to 4 p.m (around 13:00 - hot meal for children)

Water tests of 10/02/2023 show that the water in the basin pool meets the microbiological and physicochemical requirements specified in the Ordinance of the Minister of Health of 9 November 2015.Check the test
